JUTTA EULENSTEIN-HUSDAL
*
Born in Berlin, Jutta has been living in the Ahrweiler area, near Bonn for many years.

Here, she had the fortune to meet the well-known Polish painter, Anna Bulanda. It is thanks to her that Jutta entered into the world of painting.

During two wonderful and significant years for Jutta, she was taught the real way to "see".
She was enlightened as to how she could visualize her dreams and ideas in her painting, how to transfer poems and verse into paintings, how to transform emotions into colours and  learned from here the techniques of water-colours and pastel.

Later, Jutta perfected these techniques with the help of the artist Karin Roessle and the French painter René Volle.
A further two years at the Art College of Zurich, where she gained a diploma, succesfully rounded off her education.

Jutta first became aware of "Painting on Silk" fifteen years ago at an exhibition. Grabbed by the luminous power of the silk paint colours she began teaching herself the art of painting on silk. Jutta was approaching her aim: to make art visible with colours.

Painting to Jutta means colours, so she was fascinated. The luminous power of all these colours had her captivated, her techniques and knowledge of painting on silk developed and broadened over the years. To Jutta, it is a delight to work out new techniques, to come closer to her goal, to put her dreams and feelings into shape.

For the last few years Jutta's second home has been in Norway.

Captured and impressed, this is where she can experience the multitude and magnitude of nuances and the power of the colours in the nature of Norway. Many of her current paintings are inspired by the intensity of these colours.

Two years ago the Gallery AQK in Voss, Norway, presented Jutta's work. That was a great success. A first step to become known in Norway, too.
